Great hotel. Near everything.
everything was almost good but one of the staff was really rude , i can't believe that a 5 star hotel could have a Receptionist like him , and of course i'm talking about the chiens guy " chio " , I will never stay on this hotel again because of him, also i will not advies any of my friends to go there .
Very comfortable and plush room. Great location, within walking distance from the central train station. City view rooms have view of the tallest rides at Tivoli. Friendly helpful staff.
Room was lacking in facilities - no hairdryer, bathrobes or kettle which I would expect from a 5 star hotel as standard. I would have been disappointed if i'd paid the full price.
Reasonable price, very good location, comfortable room, helpful staff and excellent breakfast.
The reception staff was very kind and helpful and he even upgrade our room to a one with river view, with no extra cost. The best part was the river view!! Magnificent. Really worth pay somerhing extra for this choice.
We really enjoy everything
all was like prescribe on site., we book and pay city view and give us sea view room, all go on perfect in our stay there.
The water view room was lovely (we had the 9th floor). The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. Despite booking a city view room as it was cheaper we were upgraded as there were none of our room type available on arrival.
There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room and the price of a coffee was ridiculous let alone the breakfast price. It was also a shame the hotel rooms have no balconies, particularly overlooking the water it would have been nice.
Fantastic bed with many pillows! The room has all it needs, clean and fresh and alot of space. A traditional Marriott.
Expensive internet access (150 DKK/24h) and even expensiver breakfast (210 DKK...but very nice). The location is beautiful by the water but is a good 10-12 min walk from city center
view from the room, safety
I suppose this hotel doesn't fit for young people with limited budget
Great breakfast, excellent kind from room, excellent service
The poor menu in Lounge-bar
Rooms are very large and comfortable
The hotel itself doesn't look like 5star. Lazy and non-helpful staff. No slippers and dressing gown in the rooms.
Great rooms, value for money, friendly and helpfull staff, excellent location to discover Copenhagen.
Having facility to have room for family of four adults, which not many hotels have facility to accomodates.Excellent organised new year buffet, music and dance party for hotel residents, thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Copenhagen Marriot Hotel.Thank you very much to booking .com who made our trip so pleasent and succesful.
Room should have facility for kettel, tea bags and milk sachet to make cup of tea for hotel residents for free of charge.
The helpfulness of the staff could not be faulted and the choice of food for breakfast excellent.
The rooms were a good size for scandinavia, and there was a very good view.
Although a 5 star hotel there was a general small mindedness and lack of orgnasation; very expensive wifi, very expensive breakfast and be careful when to go there as we just avoided very long queues. I arrived early and did not need to be told that normal checkin was at 16:00, when I did come back after 16:00 nothing had been done i.e. had to complete checkin, bags not already in room etc
